The shape of this rocket betrays the Thunderbird 1 influence. A white plastic battery op rocket with retracting blue wings. Red plastic nose cone. The significance name Wonder-L is not obvious, unless it's simply a wonder.

Battery operated. The rocket moves forward, stops and a metal bar underneath moves down to lift the rocket up. The wings retract and the nose flashes. See Solar-X 7 and Solar-X 8.
