I couldn't pass it up for the price.I really didn't do a full resto, just enough to get him all together and working.The legs are blue pinstriping I had lying around, the eyes are vinyl decal paper.Fin,The little caps pop off the shoulders, and there is a small screw underneath. Easy.The legs are pretty simple, they just rest on a rubber stop above a bottom gear,the same one that drives the feet, and spin when the shaft does.
