Roboto
I finally found this Talking Cyberman from company called Product Enterprise. Has 4 Phrases like Eradicate the Time lord. I was looking for this version because of the details on this 9" figurine . This one is the Warrior version. Another one looks like the same but has the vertical bars painted Blk. That one is called the Leader. Uses 2 button type batteries below the head. Press the front square and he speaks.

Roboto
I saw this one and had to add it to the Collection. From Schylling 2000 called Spaceman got it new in box and this is the second one I have seen with the all white powercord. One very cool tin toy. I love how he raises his arms as walks and the tip of the raygun lights up and even makes the rattat tat sound. Â
