laserman
Eagle,When you talk about molding, are you asking about vacuum forming? If so, its pretty simple really. I have made a couple different size vacuum boxes depending on the size of piece I want to mold. I use a converted toaster oven for heating up the plastic and a five horse shop vac and that's about it. Here is a pic of a clear chest cover I molded for a upcoming Chief Robotman conversion. robothut
Yea the guy is a painter too. I would like to see the ray guns after they are painted! As for the styreen, he just machines it, you know Mills it,cuts it, drills it and turns it on a lathe, he does not seem to do any thermal forming. I think he does resin casting as well.
