robothut
Very nice art work! But I have to ask where can I buy the small ceramic Robot figuars. Or as you call them "Have you seen my very cute charm cake". In the USA if some asks you "Have you seen my very cute charm cake" you might think twice before answering. But I love then is there a place that I might buy a set for the Robot Hut Museum?

ToyMemories
I remember coming across these type of figures a while back... I believe it's some kind of French tradition and they're INSIDE little cakes (like a surprise). Kind of a little choking hazard thing going on there, but I guess that's why they don't sell cakes like that here!Aha! Found this descrip on eBay for other figures: "They were found as random "premiums" in some special little cakes made ONLY in France and only in the Ephiphany period, following a tradition that is some centuries old and that still continues nowadays !!!"I'll see if I can find any bots for you fellers...Didn't I see Marsupilami figures in 9tobor9's collection? Here's Marsup. cake figures:http://cgi.ebay.com/MARSUPILAMI-Set-10-POR...3QQcmdZViewItemHere's a Star Wars set, buy-it-now:http://cgi.ebay.com/STAR-WARS-French-Porce...1QQcmdZViewItemHmm..."The coin or bean in the cake is a pleasant tradition. The one who gets the coin or bean gets to wear the paper crown as king or queen of the feast -- and is has the "royal privilege" of writing the inscription over the door." Sounds... funky :glare:Here's a different "robot" series:http://cgi.ebay.com/FEVES-LES-ROBOTS-FOX-2...1QQcmdZViewItemI don't get it... can't find the good robots anywhere!
