robobob
OK, here is my attempt at a Plasma-disc conversion. He was made from awrecked Giant Horikawa, and I decided to christen him H.I. Voltage, as alittle tribute to Mr. Gosses, who first joined tea tin head to giant robot body !I painted him the same colors as the MorToys Robbie...I am such a sucker for Red / Yellow / Blue robots !!!! robobob
Finally, a pic of the two giants together....These guys are so easy to work on, due to their large size, but I can see that leading to one Really big problem ahead....DISPLAY SPACE !!! :o
9tobor9
;) Rasta man !!! Only thing this guy misses is dredlocks ! More dark grey, silver & a touch of black & maybe some pale blue would get him my vote !!!

dratomic
Nice use of plasma disk -- it's sort of like opening the doors on his internal energy source... or a massive death ray, I guess...Well done.

laserman
Robobob,Great job! Those plasma discs are cool.Is that tin head a Bewley's 4oz tea tin? Looks like it to me. I just picked up some smaller 1.76 oz ones of the same style.
Morbius
Those are both magnificent works of art, all in colours of whimsy from the 1960's and altogether a great improvement on the 'ugly head' Horikawa. So many ways they could've done that head but they opted for the simple boring one on the production model of the late '70s of this Super Giant. Great work, colour and inspiration. I always admire those who can,....DO! Love that plasmo heartbox!!!
