Joe K.
See:http://cgi.ebay.com/1953-Remco-Electronic-...1QQcmdZViewItemAnd, specifically:http://www.whentoyswerefun.com/47541.jpgSee Toy Bop, page 155.The box artwork is different between this trade ad rendition and the actual production box. Were two different boxes made, or does the trade ad depict pre-production artwork?
Fineas J. Whoopie
Here is the trade ad as well as the box art. I don't have a copy of Toy Bop so I can't really tell if this is the same artwork you are talking about or not Joe. There do seem to be small differences in the artwork. Phil R
This Jupiter gun I just bought in the box must be another version of this gun. There's no date on the box. this is called style #600 with a 4 color disc selector. It has a compass (atom changer) instead of the spinning disc. It makes a buzzing noise and works on 2 C batteries. :)
