Besides all grey (with a red stripe), there was also an all-yellow one, and a version with a red front, yellow back, and grey match compartment (that bit just in front of the trigger). Though I might have the red and yellow bits reversed...There were also three colors of the match books -- blue and green, and then replacements that came in red. The green ones are most common.
