MaxPower
Although I lust after them like everyone here, I knew that most vintage robots would likely be forever beyond my ability to afford them. Fortunately, one niche that appealed to me was the Super Hero tin windup walking robots by Popy, Bullmark, Osaka Tin Toy Institute, Billiken, and others, and those were actually attainable, so I began collecting them back in the mid 1990's. Eventually, I had over a hundred of them. Below is the list I kept as I bought them, and some photos to go with. (Most are MIB, some are no longer in my collection):

plasticaugie
I love the Mach Baron, UFO Diapolon and the Blazer. Do you have the Blazer with the removable car shoulder pads? Is the Gundam tin? I have never seen that before. Is it made by Clover? Is the controller for the 80's T-28 original? Is the jack original? I have seen this guy in the Moran book but not the remote. There was a heated debate on here about the legitimacy of the plastic remote R-35 that had a two pin removable plug, some people claimed homebrew. I just sold two of the three last night (Mach Baron and UFO Diapolon). I hadn't ever seen the Blazer w/shoulder pads - was that a 1980's toy? ;) The Gundam is the only one that isn't primarily made of tin. It's mostly plastic, but does have tin components. Yes, it's by Clover, and I've only ever seen one other for sale, and that one was sans box. All of the components of the remote control T-28 are original. Interestingly, the lever on the right was for looks, and does nothing at all. Here are a couple of additional photos of it:[attachmentid=11302][attachmentid=11303]I've owned a couple of these over the years, and there is no question that it was factory made that way. The box is very unusual; it's like 18 inches tall, with the remote displayed in a window beneath the robot's display window. I used to have a photo of that too, but can't seem to find it (I never owned a boxed version).
