Joe K.
See: http://cgi.ebay.com/1950-New-Tomic-Atomic-...1QQcmdZViewItem And, specifically: http://www.whentoyswerefun.com/45440.jpg This toy was originally spotted in a 1951 Ward's catalog. This sighting moves the date back one year.I still have not been able to find this toy in any book or auction catalog. Does anyone have it? Who exactly is the manufacturer? This ad mentions "Woodettes Division of The Print-O-Matic Co., Inc." I've never heard of them.
Fineas J. Whoopie
Here's the picture Joe. Did you get to see the boxed example of the Tomic Rocket at the Chicago toy show? It was over by Perry's table.
