Dirk Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 Digging out some of my boxes - I found that none of the DIRECTIONAL ROBOT boxes has any numbers - so maybe too old?? On the MIGHTY ROBOT box (I have only a copy...) is the YONEZAWA no. 811 + the CRAGSTAN no. 5055 to be seen. Also no number on the yellow EASELBACK YONEZAWA box. The black YONEZAWA / CRAGSTAN box from the battery operated EASELBACK shows the no. 15502. The Y Space Explorer with no. 802 is already on the list.
Fineas J. Whoopie Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 New wrinkle. I was offered a mint in box Masudaya Moon Rocket by a local shopkeeper at a price I couldn't refuse. When I got it home I looked up some recent ebay sales figures and I noticed that my box has a different catalog number (6301) than the one I saw on ebay and the catalog number documented here (3304). The only difference I can see is mine is marked "An Amico Exclusive" on the front of the box. 6301 has to be the Amico catalog number. Other than the importer and the the catalog number these toys and boxes are identical as far as I can tell. I'll be scrutinizing other examples to see if there were any Moon Rocket variations. My Moon Rocket. The previously documented catalog number.
