Strange Flying Saucer Pilot

I took these 2 pictures from the Net. The Pilot is New to me, I never seen that kind of Helmet in that Kind of Flying Saucers. I know that several countries made similar shapes of this particular Saucer. But this one is New to me. What do you think?

It doesn't seem to be genuine to me. I think the canopy is broken and someone could have made an odd replacement head.
