How do I access Robby directional wheel on right foot

Hi.How do I access the directional wheel in the right foot of Nomura Robby.Has missing tire.Do I just need to remove the sole of the foot?If so how do I do that.Is it just held by the two tabs.thanks

These two photos were taken by a fellow Alphadrome member which may give you an idea of what to expect after you have the foot removed, Probably and unfortunately the most complicated foot mechanism to be found on a toy robot. Perhaps John or another member may be able to help.

Yes, just bend out the tabs on the rear of the foot, the front tab stays as is and will slip out of the slot, letting the orange foot base come off the black foot part. Then  you bend the tabs on the bottom of the orange foot base and remove the turning mechanics. The as you can see in the phots you posted there are some tabs that will release the front steering wheel assembly. Once you have it out in the open you can use a Dremel or hand file to smooth off the crimp on the wheel axle.
