Ranger
I bought this nice old Marusan roller some time ago with the idea of making a robot to sit in it. So, I had a go at it.

David Kirk
Very pretty. I wonder if something like this could be carefully painted to look like litho?
Ranger
Hi David It probably could but that’s something I don’t think I would be particularly good at. I have thought about getting a modelling spray paint gun kit before. I might have a go at it one of the days, not sure if I have the patience to do it either. I think you need to be as good as the people who are painting Ozzies restored toys and rides to pull it off . I will likely stick to bare metal or just the basic spray can painting of various parts like I have done before. Plus you need warm weather to paint and when it’s warm i won’t be in the workshop, I am usually out on motorbikes instead.

Ranger
Yes Andy, I do too, there is something about the bare metal look that appeals to me. As MRH said, it gives it an industrial look.
