ANZinSpace
Just received these badges. Based on a search of the Trove newspaper database suggests the most likely company was Thorburn's Gents saloon in either 1953 or 1954 The badges themselves were made by A.E. ANZinSpace
A further search came up with this article for the Camden historical society. It confirms there was a Space Ship Saloon area for children. It was apparently upstairs and had three chairs. I'm assuming the badges were given out as a prize to a child for getting their hair cut http://www.camdenhistory.org.au/2016_September_Journal.pdf

Phil R
I agree with Brian. Those badges are way cool. The historical accounts of man's endeavors always is of interest to me. The The spacemen pinbacks are highly sought after, especially Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon.
