Found this one on eBay. Worked fine but had no arms. Decided to have a go at making him a new pair.

Firstly opened him and cleaned the motor, lots of dust and fibres to clean out. Then polished him and gave his mouth/nose a coat of Molotow liquid chrome.

 

Then made him a new set of arms. Thought I’d just present these steps in a series of photos…

Thanks Brian. Used a mix of Sharpie oil-based pens (blue), fine permanent markers (black outlines), and Humbro paint (red). Then put a clear gloss lacquer over the top.
