Quick "Archer or Glencoe?" Verdict

Obtained in a junk drawer figure "Lot", presumed it was Glencoe by the flat blue color & small copyright C but it has the right looking PAT PEND font on the gun stock. I also have a known Glencoe in the same pose with their tiny block letter pat pend. Hard plastic - the blue is kind of "flat" and not the metallic slightly marbled blend of the known vintage ones I have. Is that a correct Archer color?

Hi ST, the figure above is Glencoe for sure.  Glencoe only had one mold for each of the spacemen so you're able to match the "PAT. PEND." on your example to the one in my Archer vs. Glencoe thread (example: crooked "E" in PEND.), although the pics in my thread seem to have been shrunk down from what I originally posted.  Also, the blue color give it away as Glencoe; Archer didn't use that color.

Bingo. Had been sitting down yesterday to start painting him and decided to make darn sure what it is before proceeding. Not interested in defacing pristine Archer figures! will post the results & I thank you for the info.
