Eagle Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 Spent 30 yrs on these...The 727-217's were a wonderful airframe..They were called the Valsan mod and the patent held by FEDEX. The Pratt Jt8D-217's installed on the Advanced model turned it into a rocket [By airliner standards] and were a dream to maintain.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
