Joe K.
As seen in this 1962 OTMA (Osaka Toys Manufacturing Association) catalog: Has anybody ever seen these? Too bad this image is not in color. Brian..
A fascinating catalog, Joe. The tin tops are collected by Gilbert. Here's what he sent me: Here are my 4 imakita tops I think I recognize 1420 and 1421. I am not sure about 1422, the picture is not clear enough The T28 tin have the 2 logos Imakita under and TN over. Two T28 tops are in my Nomura catalogue for 1964 (the date is just in the sending letter), this one is on the left
Joe K.
Thanks, Gilbert. Those color photos are beautiful. I wonder how many other OTMA catalogs were published over the years, Brian. Something to keep searching for. Imakita is a relatively obscure Japanese company, especially when it comes to robots and space toys. The Flying Saucer Bank seems to be the only Imakita Database entry. The space litho is in keeping with those space tops.

Fineas J. Whoopie
I have never seen some of these. Great space litho! I really like the blue ones from Gilbert's collection. Those planes are superb. The style of art kind of reminds me of the Aoshin saucer litho. Here are a few that I have picked up over the years.
