Soft Plastic Moldex spacemen

My belief is that these were released later than the hard plastic figures. Most likely when Triang took over Moldex. So maybe in the 60s when the space race was heating up.

Thanks, ANZ. A comprehensive listing of these interesting figures. I didn't realise that Triang took over Moldex.

My listing of these figures was a result of me realising I didn't really know what figures I had and what ones I still needed to find.

The two things I found interesting while sorting the figures is that the colours for the soft plastic figures are counterparts for the hard plastic colours

Yellow for Gold

Red for Red bronze

Green for Green

Blue for Blue

The only exception to this are the silver hard plastic. So was no matching colour done or is there a set of grey figures still to be found.

The second one is that I still haven't found the origins of the first and sixth figures (the Buck Rogers ones). So are these an Australian design or is there an overseas maker whose moulds they leased, as they did for the other figures.
