I'd landed one of these as well & now the stumps on the helmet make sense, though the detailing on yours is much sharper; Mine lacks the dots above his medallion lanyard. Pretty sure he also has HONG KONG on his right leg which I'd not noticed before. He is not designed to stand so I'd say parachute jumper. Boot details and chest medallion also now remind me of the Ajax-copied parachute jumpers I'd snagged, two of which are also marked Hong Kong on their legs (albeit on the back). Tan figure's loop was chopped off & the helmet a fanciful addition of my own doing. Their chute loops originate from a single post rather than the two loop ends on our unknowns, so not suggesting they are by the same company or same era. Just that they remind me of each other.
