space.trucks
Had not heard of this line before. Are they game pieces? Have seen evidence of at least 2 other sets + some rockets etc. Obtained for the female, the others are cool too and three quite good. Sealed for now, would be interested in learning more. Wasn't 100% certain it was a girl until opening the box. I like this one. This one too. He's cool. Shijumi from Starship Troopers.
ANZinSpace
These are made by Soma in Hong Kong around 1996. Besides the figure packs, there were also spaceships, a pop up book space base and some larger spaceships.
Andyman
I got some of those spaceships from an ebay lot I won a while back. I wondered where they came from.
space.trucks
Hah, and I'd passed on a batch of the ships before, not understanding what they were. Many thanks for the info! had wondered if Soma was a game i.e. Warhammer, about the same scale. Still have not opened them yet out of a wish to not destroy the nice space scenes behind the figures printed on the card. The blister is somewhat odd in that the figures are sandwiched between two layers of plastic so just freeing up the bottom won't work. Acetone the adhesive or carve the plastic off? I want my girl outta there.
