Andyman
Our gallery was asked for artist donations for auction for the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan's Empty Bowls charity fundraiser event. I decided to go one further and make a custom Andybot for the occasion. Souper Robot was my chance to work with artist resin. I wanted him to be holding a pot of "gear soup" so I used the resin mix and tiny gears from printers to create the concoction. The pot is held in place by neodymium magnets in his hands. The ladle was a sterling silver miniature spoon I found somewhere that I bent into a ladle shape. The Food Bank was very surprised and pleased with the donation. For auction details, go here https://one.bidpal.net/eb19/welcome Enjoy! Souper Robot, 10.5", 2019 (electric motor casing, brass brackets, cooking thermometer, thermostat gears, plastic gears, tiny printer gears, corrugated overflow hose, metal handle brackets, perfume bottle top, scrap wood, etc.)
robothut
Too funny and nicely done. If they took on line bids at the auction they might get a lot more money ? Just saying.
Andyman
I have no control on how they do the auction. Then again, they weren't expecting a piece like this.
Golddalek
Very imaginative, I like the rustic look as well. Creates the impression the Robot has been 'cooking' many years.

Andyman
Thanks, Rich. Yes I do have a website, https://www.electroartworks.com/ I do have a "for sale" page on there. I used to have a link in my signature but it seems to have disappeared. I also have a Facebook page where I post updates of current projects, https://www.facebook.com/Electro-Art-Works-40036872680219
