RoboDerby
Very pleased to welcome to the robot cabinet today some exceptionally unique and extraordinary one of a kind robots. Presenting my very first two “Andybots”, Saucerbot 28 and Vivid. It was very difficult to choose from Andy’s many fabulous custom robots. Thus, I expect that I will be adding more in the future. Thanks so much Andy. My new robots are simply wonderful.

Andyman
I just realized I forgot to take the tag off Vivid. It's left over from being on display at "Art at the Market. Looking good Jeremy! How do you like those circuit board inlays for controls on Saucerbot 28?

I also love the price tag on the Vivid. It adds another layer of history to this piece in my opinion. It appears in your photos from “Art at the Market” that you posted here on Alphadrome and, now that you mentioned it in this thread..BOOM..more history. I think the tag will remain. 😉 Vivid and Saucerbot 28 are the first robots that I have purchased that were not made with mechanical function. Adding them to the shelf made me conscious of the fact that I am not just collecting old toys. Rather, as I continue to build my wonderful and diverse collection, I’m building my own 3D mural in my robot cabinet. Just as your creations are each of one of a kind, my cabinet of robots and everyone else’s collections are one of a kind as well. Thanks for the robots Andy. They are a very special addition.
