H.I. Gosses
The flood of repro's has as it's advantage a cornucopia of parts. A true Godsend for the dedicated tinkerer. I will not deprive you of this effort, mainly because I am bloody proud of it, but also, (the 'official" reason), because it might inspire others. (C'me on, David!) Data: repro Sparky with newly stamped backpack, arms, hands and a custom face, all tin. Body changes with polyester filler. The "Tie" is stamping made of chrome nickel steel. This polishes to a near chrome shine. The hands were cut from a long aluminium bar with, lenghtwise, a semicircle milled out. (I should have made a punch and cut them from sheet aluminium.)Special die for the mouth (+ and -)Paint is Acrylic artist paint, applied with airbrush. Then covered with PU clear varnish. He's called Gustav ans he is vere dour and austere looking. He could have been working for the German railway. Great fun/far too much work..If you all say I am clever and you like it, I will also post electric golden Sparky, walking on pins. (If you don't, I will do so too)

David Kirk
Henk, It's quite fine. Now that you've made that one, a few more for the board members would be no trouble for you at all. How much will they cost?
