robert
There is no way to replace the flint without taking him apart. These toys were made cheaply and without the thought of replacing things - just meant to be played with and thrown away when worn out. However it should not be that difficult. Just carefully remove the tabs that hold the bottom in and that should give you access to replace the flint. The flint used is a soft flint - not the same type used in lighters. Better to remove the flint from a cheap sparking toy from the dollar store and use that. Good Luck!
