I know it is a 1.5 volt bulb, But what I was wondering is does anyone know the bulb base size? Is it an E 10 bulb base size? ROBODUDE Posted September 22, 2016 Author Share Posted September 22, 2016 Well, I did a little research and found out that the original light bulbs used in the marx robot and son are GE 401 bulbs and it is an E 10 bulb base--you can find GE 401X blinker bulbs on ebay, but the GE 401 non blinking bulbs---not so much! They have a 1.5 volt LED E10 base bulb on ebay too---so I might try casting a bulb around the LED bulb to try to replicate the large globe size of the original bulbs !!!
