With care you usually won't do any harm, most are not very complicated. Once you have the confidence without worrying that it will all go pear shaped your 75% there. As you will know, plastic robots are generally the worst to work on. I have never had a tin robot I could not fix, but have had one or two plastics I just couldn't be bothered with in the end.
