Ranger
As is usual with me, I go mad on buying for a while then sell them some time later, regret selling and start again! A habit I wish I could stop! Never seems to be enough £'s to go around, so many nice bass guitars to buy, bills to pay and my family expect to be fed, I know, its outrageous! Anyway, I bought these few pieces over the last month, I cant resist a bargain. The paddle wheel was just £20 sterling,it looked like the feet were damaged but it took a few mins to fix it. Then the little plastic ray robot, mint with a fair box, just £9.99 inc post! The R1 which is mint boxed was £11, another bargain I thought. Then the TTT Thunder I got for £50,has to be good? The plastic Space Monster was also £20, did not work properley, it does now. The sparky robots I had to pay a bit of duty on but I am pleased with them,I like sparky's. The winky was the most money but still a good buy I think.Damn it, I had 2 a while back and sold them!! Can someone drop me a line occasionally and remind me to keep my robots? Anyway, not everyones cup of tea but each to their own I say.

Morbius
Nice bits there, congrats on your shopping. I know how it feels to re-buy, done that a few times...what's wrong with us anyway??? $50 worth of stuff 30 years ago cost me hundreds $$$ to get back but I'm glad they're home again. Everyone needs a green Sparky in the collection. I recall these being sold in barrels at 'Honest Ed's' in Toronto during the 1970s. Just dumped in with no boxes. The R1 is a big presence, Kelly has one of those and they're beautiful. Watch out for your family wanting food/shelter or something as silly as a furnace last week (yup!) and lawnmower (blew up today)...it's such a pain when there are shelves to fill. Thanks for showing your 'boot of loot'. And your WINKY!

Ranger
Thanks Tinman! Morbius,as you probably know,I have sold up twice! I wish I still had not all I had before but some of the pieces I had at one time.Yep,my boiler packed up just before Christmas last year and so a £2000 Bill plus the expense of Christmas.Still,I don't do so bad really.I have too many interests that eat money, toys, guitars, motorbikes, cycles etc. This time last year I had 15 cycles!! Down to 4 now.Anyway,I am going to make an effort to stick to robots because I always come back to them in the end. PeeBee, you mean the grey Ray Robot, yes,he is nice and so cheap, under £10 Inc post, great deal I thought.

Ultrarobotman
Very nice. Those new ones would make someone a nice collection all by themselves!!
