Fineas J. Whoopie
Hi Astrogonza. The grey version of the Z-26 is pretty common but the blue version is rare. The box is very hard to find. If you notice the box has an illustration of the Yoshiya X-15 saucer and they merely changed the writing to Z-26. As far as I can tell, both the blue and grey versions came in the same box. Congratulations on a rare find!
astrogonza
Hi Fineas , you are Right ! the ilustration in the Box is for the X-15 Saucer the Blue Saucer in your picture has the Red Fins is this a variation ? The Box Art of the X-15 in the Box has 2 Red Fins , when the Original X-15 Has only one was the Z-26 Flying Saucer was ever made in Red Color ? Fineas J. Whoopie
Yes the fins on the Z-26 box are a pair like the actual saucer, everything else looks like the X-15 including the green pilot. No I have never seen a red Z-26 (I wish!) and good eye, there are two versions of the blue Z-26, red fins and blue fins!
