Morbius Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 Tried to sign in to my-e-bay today, no info has changed in 12 years (except regular password change) and have never had issues but today it won't let me in. According to their site I must sign in to ask questions but that's the issue, I can't do that. Tried the phone number and the message there tells me I've forgotten my phone number or someone in the family has changed the info, other than that it suggests to sign in to contact them.
