martijn
never ever seen this robot before, or heard about it. I have no NGS mr robot here to compare and I've seen the 3 mr. robot variations in xris his collection, but this one is totally different, no makers name, no logo, no country maybe it was on the battery door? unfortunatly missing no lower contact bar, battery box is made only to fit the single european big square flat 4,5 volt battery all plastic but tin plate for the bump&go wheels the previous owner got it from her father who travelled much in the former eastblock countries and collected toys from there, she thought it to be a bulgarian or russian robot enjoy the pictures!! well see brian, still plenty unknown robots to discover :)
martijn
see the totally different arms and how the base or skirt builds out on the back, probably because of the heavey 4,5V flat battery and the tin round wheel plate no mr robot stamped on the chest, and different head

Dirk
Expert 1: Not sure how to react... I guess thesis and antithesis would be the new correct style. But unfortunatly again, I only have two facts: First...This "Uzbekistan" is indeed a country - far far from the East of the Netherlands... Fact two: (Sorry) This Robot has no value. Not 100, not 20 and not even 1 Euro. The auction ended simply with zero bidders zero Zlotti...
martijn
hi expert 1:) fact 1: correct (allthough far far is personal, japan is more far from the netherlands, but not if you travel west:) fact 2: not a fact, it is your assumption dirk my fact: it is a unknown late '60s/early '70s robot for me untill last week, thought i share it here, since 99,99% of you probably never saw it either all the best dirk, and I hope we all continue to research in this crazy hobby, allthough alphadrome is not anymore the robotplace to be see you in brussel
Dirk
Yep, only an assumption. And the truth is, my assumption was, that my bid was cancelled... But I guess, that's a fact - And this is fact no.2! But OK Martijn, you tried harder and I'm happy with you! I guess that robot went to the best home,.. you deserve it! Congrats and see you in Brussels....
