Brian.. Posted July 17, 2014 Share Posted July 17, 2014 I've not dismantled this robot but it looks as though you would have to remove the head, after which it is easy to replace the spark window. To remove the head without damaging the robot you would probably need to open the body. The tabs on the head are hard to access unless you get at them from below.
