To sell a Ray gun,,go to a boat meet.

Just got back from the 5th annual Rivet Botstock on lake Norman. 25 Overpowered 1940's and 50's Feather Craft boats on the lake at once. I hung a 1953 Big twin Johnson on the 50 Fire Fly . It was over the edge and so much fun. The only way to launch it is to go from idle to full throttle and hope it claws itself over the hump before it sinks. Once it drops over the hump and planes out,,hold on for dear life ! It's a ride in a 10 ft rocket . I left 2 other veteran pilots try it. The first one sank it in 15 seconds. Took an hour to get it back to shore . Hydrolocked the engine,,but we got her going again. So that night we are sitting in the Tiki Hut,,and the one Driver says to me,,I'm really into old Sci-Fi , Robots, Ray guns and stuff.. Sir, you have my ear. I pulled up Alphdrome and he mulled over recent events and creations for an hour. Then He looks at me and says,,will you make me a ray gun ? Like what kind ? I don't know,,,,,,,think about it. then I remembered the rail gun was still under the hidden floor of the Magnum. I said, hold on Mike. Retrieved the gun, handed it to him and he freaked out. It now hangs in His Man Cave. For you Mike ! You would have loved it !
