It's the eccentric BC 63 spaceship with an undeniable Yoshiya-style astronaut sitting under that canopy. I believe it's an undocumented space toy unearthed in Bulgaria. It just sold for $2,200. Quite unlike anything I've seen - the peculiar deep sides of the base, the half-shell jet plane top and the odd "B.C. 32" wording.. The litho inside the canopy looks rather basic.
