Phil R
I was visiting Joe at the Robot Museum this weekend. Before visiting I stopped at Reninger's and found a light/tool combo that immediately made me think of a rocket. I bought it for a dollar and started on the project when I got home. I usually throw a bunch of parts together and see what might work for the project. The parts consisted of the light, fan blades, bakelite discs, clear plastic parts, game parts, hardware and some hobby wooden items. I wanted the final model to portray the artistic time of Buck Rogers between the 1930s and 1950s. The rocket/fighter is 11" long.
