The Excavator Robot (with switch on back), was Timeline dated to 1979. This sighting moves the date back two years.

 

This close-up and description of the Radar Robot:

The dark blue color leads me to believe that this is the Horikawa version, especially since the other three/four Horikawa robots were being carried in that catalog as well.
