Paul
Hello, First an introduction. I am Paul and I live in the Netherlands. My email is pauljanssen999@live.nl. One of my hobbies is collecting Robots. I love their appearance and of course some of them are toys of my childhood. I start with adding the pictures of two models: -Space Explorer, wind-up and with original box and box number 1420. Dimensions: 61 (w) x 99 (h) x 98 (d) mm Logo is in the left lower corner of the picture. It is very vague and it is a diamond. However I cannot interpret the logo initials. Age fifties? -Space Robot, wind-up and with original box and box number 312 Dimensions: 61 (w) x 110 (h) x 67 (d) mm Logo is in the left lower corner of the picture. It is very vague. It is a square of 9 by 9 mm with a triangle in it. In the top of the triangle is, I think, a black diamond. Further it looks like a letter N in the triangle. If this is correct than the manufacturer is Noguchi, Japan. Age: fifties? Has anyone more information on the models or could confirm the available information? What is the meaning of the box numbers? Is a listing available?

Ultrarobotman
Hello, Paul and welcome to the site. Can't help with those two robots, but I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of your collection !
thx1138
Hello Paul, Welcome to the club, and we can add another Dutch collector.....:) Think the Dutch are taking over this forum...:) But I have some bad news for you. These robots are repro's. They are made to look old but they aren't. There is a Dutch company or shop that specialises in making these look old. I have included a simular robot, I know that the box isn't the same, but it is the same robot. But all of this above doesn't matter if you like the robots, that is the most important thing. Best regards from Belgium :)
