There was a time that would have been a great theme for a build-off. B) Anyone ever tried working with blown glass ? I went to Boone NC and got to try my hand at it. It's addictive. WJN Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 I've done some glass blowing in the past, both freehand and with a glass blowing lathe. Some of it was to produce special glassware for laboratory setups, and most of it was to seal outgassing samples in a high vacuum for Residual Gas Analysis.
