Phil R
I've been busy lately with the restoration business. But at my age I like to work in a little play. I ran across a dealer at Renninger's Sunday who was practically giving away built model kits. I decided to buy a few including the B9. However, it was poorly painted as Joe K will attest. I checked the proper paint scheme and repainted the entire piece. Not my usual scratch collaboration diorama but a break in all work nevertheless on a rainy Labor Day. JimK
Nice job Phil. Next to Gigantor this is one of my all time favorite robots. I am glad that you saved such a noble robot from a bad paint job. JimK
kennetzel
As long as this is here, I may as well post three of my four. This is a great kit to get your own custom versions. And since they don't sell the different versions of this bot, you make them. Here is the second season, golden boy and the anti matter robot. The robot on my Dr. Smith/Robot model is built like the first season B9.
