Phil R
his is all the plastic space toys which includes cars , rockets, spacemen, space vehicles. I also have other plastic items which don't fall into this category including all the robots in my previous total post. This is only one display case. The rockets in the middle of the middle shelf are from a resin kit of Buck Rogers rockets from the 1980s. T
Tinman
Thanks for the update Phil, you have some great 50's plastic! I haven't picked up any of the hard plastic Captain Video figures yet but they're on my list. They're hard to find unbroken and in good condition. I'm not sure you've seen my recent plastic pickups: Premier rockets, Marx 4" Martians, and I completed my Plasticraft spaceman collection.GO SPACE PLASTIC!!!http://danefield.com/alpha/forums/index.php?showtopic=11322BTW, the large green Archer futuristic truck on top of the cabinet is awesome! Phil R
Dalek, the 2-1/2" sharpener is simplistic with small fins and the base yellow. By the way, my son-in-law graduated from Berkley music school in Boston. He teaches guitar and sell his music instructional dvds on the internet. His name is Chris Rupp. My link

Phil R
Again more. Charm bracelet and rings. Also more charms. I kind of got carried away on the charms but I found sources that were extremely cheap. I must have picked out half of them from a guy who had a box of charms and I picked out all the space ones. Tinplate6
Phil, I swear we were separated a birth  ...you and I have very similar tastes. However, you must have been born first, because you have more stuff. I always enjoy seeing your collection, these in particular are my favorites. The early plastic vehicles, ships and spacemen had such a great pulp/futuristic look, while retaining that wide eyed wonder that we had looking to that pre-moon landing future that never was  . These pieces are excellent examples of that era...bravo, bravo!! BTW...that Buck resin model set is superb, beautiful workmanship!
Phil R
TP, I've commented before on our similar tastes. The thing is, I would have to be your father! Here's a photo of the Buck Rogers resin kit.
