It is definitely pre 1973 as this is when itrm codes started.

Thanks clay2445 , i found a picture of the rocket yesterday and it came in a box but no spacemen.

Thats the one astrogonza, mines missing the white nose cone aerial,  I've seen them in the box before but never on a card like mine, it's a great looking toy thanks for sharing...
