Fork Lift Robot Crate

Seems I recall a discussion of this back in the day, but I have searched the threads and not come across it.

(maybe imagining it)

I did find a great video from John about the inside of the robot though.

 

I'm wondering what the dimensions of this crate were, and better yet, if anyone has pictures or scans of it flattened out.

Its a fairly simple pattern/design that could be mocked up for printing, but a cleaner and clearer image would be good.
