Midgetoy Rockford, Illinois, futuristic space car

Hello all, I've just had a diecast futuristic space car by midgetoy, Illinois usa, arrive this morning, could someone please let me know what year they were produced,I looked online and it said 40s to 50s  but it has plastic wheels so my guess would be the 50s, there's a picture of one of the spaceships they made in blast off but no other info, thanks for any help, cheers
