Phil R
Since I have about 500 flashlights I sense that this light may have a dual purpose in that one end with the red ring is the flashlight and the other end may illuminate with the bullet shaped cap like the wands used for road work . Kids could sit it on a table for decoration and occasionally light it. Some light would illuminate the bottom like it was blasting off.

Pygar
Outstanding! Any idea of the going price of the ca. 1935 Horlick's Malted Milk penlight? It was a radio premium, unscrewed in the middle?
Phil R
If you're talking about the engraved one, about $20-$30.
