Roboto
Great photo of a Dalek in intensive care area for repair! In the deepest chambers of the Dalek asylum, the Doctor is on his way to rescue Oswin. In doing so, he passes through the ‘intensive care’ section – an area that holds the Daleks most damaged specimens. They are the survivors of previous meetings with their arch nemesis. At the centre of this hive of cages sits a Dalek locked into a surgical unit appearing to be mid-operation…

Roboto
Nicely done on the image! This was actually simple and inexpensive to put together for something that was only briefly seen onscreen in The Asylum of the Daleks from 2012. Roboto
Due out now and will sell out fast! Solonian Mutant From ‘The Mutants’ 1972 “Already the pollution is causing mutations. The Mutts, as the Marshal calls them. Mutts!” The Doctor and Jo are sent on a mission by the Time Lords to deliver a sealed message to an unknown party aboard a Skybase orbiting the planet Solos. Solos is due to gain independence from Earth's Empire, but its Marshal is determined to prevent this. He arranges the murder of the Earth Administrator and, with his Chief Scientist Jaeger, plans to transform Solos's atmosphere into one more suited to humans. Ky, a young Solonian leader, is falsely accused of the murder, and flees to the planet. The Doctor follows and joins him in an old thaesium mine. Ky turns out to be the intended recipient of the message, which opens automatically for him. Inside are stone tablets carved with ancient inscriptions? In the mine they meet Sondergaard, a human scientist searching for a cure for the mutating disease that afflicts the Solonians. The Doctor and Sondergaard decipher the inscriptions, deducing that the mutations are part of a natural life-cycle in which the thaesium radiation plays a vital role. The Doctor retrieves a crystal from where the radiation is most concentrated and returns to the Skybase to analyse it. He is recaptured by the Marshal and forced to perfect the machine with which Jaeger plans to transform Solos. Sondergaard meanwhile gives Ky the crystal, which turns him first into a mutant, and then into an ethereal super-being - the ultimate stage of the Solonians' life-cycle. Jaeger is killed when the Doctor sabotages his machine, and the Marshal is vaporised by Ky.A Limited A Limited Edition Hand painted figurine / statue from the Doctor Who Collection. Roboto
Derelict Supreme Dalek First Appearance 'Asylum of the Daleks' (September 1, 2012) a place where Daleks are placed by the Dalek government to be looked after-repaired or just left as is! This Supreme Dalek is derelict and had obviously been in some form of battle that had left it so damaged that the Kaled mutant must have been destroyed. Its casing was charred and criss-crossed with scars and a skirt panel was cracked and peeled back to reveal the mechanics within. But the damage itself has a rather familiar look to it. Roboto
Coming soon! mid April, the Doctor Who Figurine Collection part 148 features one of the Autons in their carnival disguise, part of an apparent promotion of plastic flowers in the 1971 Third Doctor story 'Terror of the Autons'. However these flowers are just as deadly as the Autons. They’ve been programmed to seek out human faces and are able to spit out a thin film of incredibly tough plastic that covers the mouth and nose, asphyxiating their unfortunate victims. Roboto
Out early May 2019, the Doctor Who Figurine Collection part 149 features the Ghost as he appears in the 2016 Christmas special episode,’ The Return of Doctor Mysterio’. Accidentally given super-powers as a child, Grant Gordon as an adult is a nanny by day and a caped crime-fighting vigilante at night. That his life and the Doctor’s are intertwined is far from strange as it’s pretty much the Doctor’s fault that Grant has super-powers!
