This would have to be part of the CAD file as drilling would not work unless you then used some sort of filler on the infill to make the flat counter sink area. roboz Posted October 2, 2016 Author Share Posted October 2, 2016 This was an example My son printed at a lab in his school at .20 resolution We will be comparing to see if his prints match what the specs of John's prints & can accomodate all the internals , the eyes will be drilled out so only painted for effect Also John mocked up some heads , seems like general consensus prefered the wide eye look Tom the mechanical designer is working on hollowing out the eyes & top dome , which he had done on the close eye version so hopefully he will finish it up on the wide eye version as well & that will give us 2 files to monkey around with Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
