The classic rocket designs of the 50's set the standard for Sci-Fi rockets to come. The Rocketship XM is a perfect example of that classic design aesthetic that has influenced movie rocket designs ever since. Plastic model kit. The Invaders UFO 1/72 Scale Model Kit Atlantis has purchased the tooling for this classic Aurora Kit. Assembly required. Saucer measures 7 inches across when complete. Can be displayed with landing gear up or down. Cockpit cover can be removed to display the detailed interior with figures. Comes with detailed instructions and a color reproduction of the original Sell-Sheet used by the Aurora Plastics Corp when the kit was originally released. 31 parts molded in silver and clear. Mezco continues their Toy Fair 2019 preview with a look at a new Designer Series figure: Adam West as Batman from the 1960’s Batman television series (which ran from ’66 to ’68 and included a hilarious movie)!
